Blackcurrant Sour (355ml)
Sour - 4.8% abv
Kettle sour, style based on American Pale Ale with addition of oatmeal in the grist. Secondary fermentation was done with 15 kg of blackcurrants. Aroma is intense berries, peach blended with hops, slightly spicy. Beautiful purple/ruby colour. Haziness is provided by pectin from the berries and addition of the oats into the grist.
